Samie Gonzalez

Samie G. is a true Mompreneur—a salon owner, strategist, and heart-centered leader who balances business and family with intention. As the founder of a thriving salon, her mission is twofold: to build a space where stylists can grow and succeed, and to create a legacy that honors her family’s future.

Behind the scenes, Samie is the engine that keeps it all moving. From mentoring her team and setting clear goals to crafting powerful marketing strategies, she leads with vision, strategy, and a whole lot of heart. Her love for business growth and beauty innovation earned her a spot in the prestigious “Elite Tribe” of Thriver’s Society, a national mastermind for top-performing salon owners.

A podcast junkie with a passion for marketing & content creation, Samie is always learning, always leveling up. And when it’s time to recharge, you’ll find her in her Sunday rhythm: church, brunch in NOLA, and soaking in every moment with her family.

Hannah Dufrene

Hannah’s love for the arts led her to the beauty industry three years ago, where her laid-back and sweet personality shines as she creates stunning dimensional blondes. Certified in Hand-Tied Extensions with Easi Hair Pro, she has a passion for perfecting every extension and making her clients feel amazing.

Outside the salon, Hannah channels her creative energy into curating her love for all things Harry Potter and true crime docu-series. She’s also a self-proclaimed Halloween enthusiast, always on the hunt for the perfect spooky decor at TJMaxx and Marshall’s. Paired with her two pups, cozy nights in are her happy place.

Casi Becnel

Meet Casi! She’s a recent Paul Mitchell graduate and also holds a degree in Management with a focus on small business and entrepreneurship from Southeastern University. When she's not in the salon, you'll find her enjoying life on her farm, soaking up the outdoors. Casi loves hunting and was even part of the sailing club at Mount Carmel Academy. Just like the rest of the team, she's a foodie who enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants.

Ariana Budde

Ariana, an Aveda Institute graduate from the class of 2022, dove right into the beauty industry and brought along a ton of knowledge. She loves giving her clients effortless looks that last, which is why balayage and “Lived-In Color” are her go-to styles. With naturally curly hair herself, Ariana is a favorite among curly-haired guests who value her expertise.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll find Ariana trying out new recipes, listening to educational podcasts, or catching up on the latest Netflix shows. She’s all about enjoying the outdoors, traveling, staying active, and giving back through community volunteering. Ariana will soon be transitioning into being a “Pop-In” guest artist since she will be relocating to GA. Follow her on IG for her “Pop-In” days!
